Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to celebrate cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of news eurovision the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can strengthen coexistence.
During the event, participants addressed themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when rooted in respect for human rights.
